Log-On Wave for IBM z – GUI blocked after upgrading to IBM Java version 1.8.0.381
The latest IBM Java version 1.8.0.381 hardens the use of security access protocols (i.e., encryption methods) in such a way that client applications using these protocols must implement a code change. As a result, access from the Log-On Wave GUI to the Open Liberty Application Server is blocked after migrating to this release of Java.
